As a seasoned singer-songwriter, musician, and teacher for over 15 years, I specialize in helping others unlock their musical potential. Since founding the FunJAMentals music academy in 2018, I have helped over a hundred people go from absolute beginners to picking out songs by ear, improvising and creating beautiful original compositions. I’ve worked with recording artists, RCM graduates, piano teachers, vocal coaches, and absolute beginners to level up their skills to go beyond the piano books and start having fun with music right away. It is my mission to help unlock this amazing tool of playing music by ear, which often gets neglected in traditional piano lessons. 

Beyond coaching, I’m a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter and recording artist who performs solo live shows with a looper pedal. I play piano, guitar, ukulele, bass, percussion, and more.
